Country Information
South Africa
South Africa's intoxicating mix of unspoilt beaches, stunning scenery, vast game reserves, award-winning Wine lands, historical battle sites and inimitable African energy, makes the country such a perfect holiday destination. Whether staying in luxury hotels or participating in camping safaris, visitors will experience and be astounded by the natural heritage and the warmth of the welcome.
Namibia
Formerly known as South West Africa, Namibia is a land of wide horizons, seemingly endless stretches of golden desert, dunes and other rocky plains. Its vast open spaces are home to a wealth of birds and animals, some of them rare species, and exquisite plant life found nowhere else in the world.
Botswana
This wild and beautiful country is one of the few places in Africa which remains completely unspoilt. Perhaps the biggest draw card is the wetland sanctuary, the Okavango Delta, the largest delta in the world, where you will be guaranteed game viewing all year round.
Tanzania
The largest country in East Africa, Tanzania is renowned for its magnificent wildlife, lakes, mountains and scenery, with almost a quarter of the country made up of protected national parks and reserves. It's also the cradle of mankind, the earliest man having lived here 3.5 million years ago, and also boasts Africa's highest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro.
Mozambique
Think crystal blue waters, wide white beaches, swaying coconut palms and coral reefs teeming with tropical fish, and this conjures up the idyllic location of Mozambique. Thanks to its Portuguese colonial past, there is an intoxicating Euro-Afro vibe emanating from the pavement cafes.
